UPDATE to Week information for 12/30 - 1/6
Sunday, 12/30, there will be the normally scheduled Middle School and Club practice starting at 4:30.
Monday and Wednesday, Middle School practice has been moved to 10-12. There will be no 5:30 Middle School practice Monday or Wednesday.
Club practice on Wednesday will still be at 5:30.
Thursday, we have a Middle School match against Bradley Central at Father Ryan. The match starts at 7:00. Plan on being there at 6:00. Coach Gorham will have the lineup by practice Sunday.
The 51st annual FRHS Johnny Drennan Memorial Invitational is January 4-5, 2018. Fifty-one high school teams from 8 states will be participating, and we need your help. This is the longest running tournament in the state of Tennessee. Father Ryan provides the use of their facilities and is very good to NCW. This is our chance to give back! NCW families have been asked to provide at least (1) case of sports drinks, soft drinks and/or water for the Hospitality room. Please bring them to the Coaches office in the wrestling room at any practice over the week or drop off on Friday before noon. NCW wrestlers will also be needed to work the tournament (as table workers and towel tappers). Please wear your NCW shirt to the tournament. Your help is much appreciated!
Club shirts have arrived, and we will be passing them out on Sunday! Remember, you must have turned in your form and have paid to get your shirt.

There will be no Club practice Sunday, 12/23, Monday, 12/24, or Wednesday 12/26. The next club practice will be at the normal time Sunday, 12/30.
There will be no Middle School practice at the normally scheduled times this week. Practice for the Middle School will be with the varsity at 9:00 Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday. We will return to the normal practice time on Sunday, 12/30.
Father Ryan will be hosting a wrestling camp open to 5-12 grades Saturday, 12/22. It will run from 8:00-12:00. Gene Mills will be the instructor. (Google him if you are unfamiliar) All are expected to attend.

We are attending the Christian County Invitational this Friday, Dec. 21. This is an individual tournament. The address is 220 Glass Ave, Hopkinsville KY 42240. You are on your own getting there. They are on Central Time and the drive should take 1 hour and 15 min.
Weigh-in is at 8:00. We are allowed to enter more than one wrestler per weight class so please tell Coach Gorham at practice Monday night or text him at 615-319-3038 with your son’s name and weight. The weight classes are 70, 75, 80, 86, 92, 98, 105, 113, 121, 130, 140, 152, 168, 190, 240.
The lineup will be released Wednesday morning.
