Elite Starts March 5
Attention all wrestlers interested in Elite. Our Elite group will be coached by Adam Koballa, and practice begins on March 5 and 7 at Christ the King, and the remaining ones at Father Ryan. Practices are scheduled for Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays from 4:00 – 5:30 pm. Elite is designed for the advanced Middle School and High School wrestler serious about getting to the next level.
Newcomers interested in the Elite program will require evaluation by Coaches. Elite will likely continue thru June or July, with numerous tournament opportunities. Cost is $350 for NCW members, plus every participant must purchase their own USA Wrestling card. Financial assistance may be available if needed.
Please complete the registration form (see documents or link attached here) and bring the completed form, your payment, and a copy of your USA card with you to first practice. Each participant will also receive a NCW wrestling backpack.
NO ONE WILL BE ALLOWED TO WRESTLE OR PRACTICE WITH ELITE WITHOUT A USA WRESTLING CARD!
This $350 is not a monthly cost but a one-time fee for participation in these practices. Any costs associated with tournaments (entry fees, hotel, travel, etc) will be the responsibility of the wrestler.

If your child will be wresting in the Region 4 tournament this Saturday, they must be signed up by tonight. There will be a sign up sheet at practice tonight. Weigh ins are on Friday night (NO SATURDAY WEIGH INS). More info below.
Due to the banquet this Thursday night, practice is moved to Wednesday night at FRHS from 5:30 – 7:00 for the middle school team.
The season for the club and middle school team ends with the state tournament on Saturday, March 9.

There will be a parent/wrestler meeting Sunday February 17, 2013 at 4:00pm at FRHS in the team meeting room for everyone going to Liberty Nationals next weekend. Your wrestler must have a USAW card at this meeting so that I may register them. Go to http://www.themat.com/usawrestling.org/ in order to obtain membership.
