Reminder, the tournament weigh-in time is 7:30 Eastern time and you must make the weight you are listed at. If you are close, eat a light dinner, no breakfast/fluids before weigh-in. See you there.

Wednesday night we wrestle against Ensworth Middle at Ensworth High School – there will not be practice Wednesday night. Will weigh in but do not need to be on weight. Weigh ins at 4:00, wrestle at 4:30. Wrestling at Ensworth:

Thursday night we wrestle at FRHS against MBA, be there at 5:00. Those wrestling:
Marchetti, Eason, Knoch, Pitts, Bostad, Rush, Badilla, Loyola, McGrady, Endom, Rosenblatt, Himmelberg, Hagey, Hanrahan, and the 3 Fishers.
Saturday we wrestle at Ocoee Middle School. Must make weight. We either leave Friday evening or Saturday at 4:00 am.

Reminder of the practice change for today that was sent out on Friday. Today’s practice is from 1-3! No practice at 4:30!
Sunday’s Middle School practice will be from 1:00 – 3:00 (November 16)
