Practice Monday and Wednesday 5:30 – 7:15.
Match Thursday at Brentwood Academy, weigh in at 4:00, wrestle at 4:30.
There is no wrestling tournament this weekend, but our NCW fundraiser takes place Saturday morning. The Titans coupon drop is this weekend. This usually starts at 7:15 am. * Please SIGNUP at practice this week.* If you are not able to make practice, please email me with your information and how many will be there. Parents, sibling and friends are encouraged to help. If we get a good turn out, we will be finished in about an hour.

Saturday there is practice from 9:00 – 11:00.
Sunday there is a match with Christian Brothers from Memphis, TN. There is a mass at 12:00. Weigh-ins are at 1:00. Match starts at 2:00. You do not have to be on weight. There is no practice on Sunday. (If you do not have a match, it will be a great experience to come watch). Wrestling will be:

Saturday and Sunday will be announced later this week. There is mass for all wrestlers in the FRHS wrestling room at noon on Sunday. There is no practice for sure on Sunday, we are trying to schedule a dual match for Sunday afternoon (2pm) which we let you know later in the week when confirmed.
