CAMP PHILOSOPHY

For over twenty years, The Middle Tennessee Wrestling Camp has provided outstanding instruction to hundreds of wrestlers ranging in ability from the young and inexperienced to seasoned champions. As a camp participant, you will learn moves which have optimum percentage of success at the high school level. Instruction covers technique, strategy, and match preparation. This camp is designed to benefit the novice as well as the experienced wrestler entering the 7th -12th grade in the fall of 2014. Emphasis on takedowns, pins, tilts, escapes, and reversals.

Club will not practice this Wednesday, 3/5/14, middle school team will still have practice.

The Region 4 Tournament Championship is Saturday, March 8, 2014 at Beech High School, 3126 Long Hollow Pike, Hendersonville, TN 37075.

Weigh-in will only be held on Friday night from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Lebanon High School and Beech High School.

Saturday schedule is as follows:
Morning Session: Tots, Bantams and Juniors: 7:00am Coaches Scratch meeting Wrestle at 8:00am
Afternoon Session: Middle School and Midgets: 1:00pm Coaches Scratch meeting Wrestle at 1:30pm
