The 2:00 varsity practice has been canceled. No middle school or club practice today, Sunday, Jan 24.
Club practice is canceled for Sunday, January 24. The high school varsity is practicing at 2:00 on Sunday and the middle school wrestlers are welcome to attend.
NCW will wrestle the Big Red Club tomorrow at 4:30 at Father Ryan. There is no weigh-in. MBA is only able to bring a small group of k-5 wrestlers so we have scheduled a k-5 match with them on Sunday, Jan. 31 at 2:00 at Father Ryan.
If your name is on the list and you cannot make it, please email me, Matt Gorham, at gorhamdent@aol.com or call/text at 615-319-3038. If your name is not on the list and you would like to wrestle, please do the same and I’ll let you know if they have anybody around your weight.

Due to Father Ryan being closed today, there will be no practice tonight, Wednesday Jan 20. We do have a match vs MBA tomorrow, Jan 21, at 4:30, at Father Ryan. The lineup will be released later today.
Practice update and changes
Regular NCW practices for Monday January 18 are canceled for Martin Luther King Day.
High School has a practice this Monday 1-18 from 10:00 am to noon, and the Middle School wrestlers will practice with them instead of the normal practice time at 5:30 pm. Also there is a voluntary practice this Saturday January 16 for the Middle School with the High School from 10:00 am – noon.
Sunday practice is regular time for both Club and Middle School.
