Bantams & Midgets-SATURDAY 2/27- Can weigh in from 9am CST to 10:30am CST – wrestle approx 11:30am
Middle School SATURDAY 2/27 Can weigh in from 12:30pm CST to 2:00pm CST – wrestle approx 3:00pm

NO LATE REGISTRATION— You Should know once you qualify at region tournament if you are going.
Any wrestler who fails to pre-register, before the deadline, will not be able to compete in the tournament. There will be NO late additions after registration closes!!
WEIGH-IN’S: Ind. Championships & Region ALL STARS Duals: Friday, Feb 28, 2016 First Session only (Tots & JR/novice MUST weigh in on site Friday night) plus any other age group that wants to from 6:00pm – 8:00 pm CST Saturday, Feb 29, Weigh IN TIMEs for Midget-Bantams & MS will be posted below and on Trackwrestling Wrestling start times posted at weigh in on Sat.
The Father Ryan Varsity has changed their practice time to 10:15 Sunday. Any advanced middle school wrestlers are welcome to join them instead of, or in addition to, our regularly scheduled Sunday practice at 4:30.
Four announcements:
1. Regularly scheduled practice this weekend. Father Ryan Varsity is practicing at 3:00 Sunday. Those advanced wrestlers that would like to practice with the varsity instead of the Middle School are welcome to attend.
2. As mentioned earlier, the club and middle school officially ends with the AAU State on February 27. On Sunday, February 28 at the normally schedule 4:30 practice time we will instead have a Pizza party and team pictures. Bring your singlet and pullover for the picture. At this time you are welcome to turn your singlet in for your $50 refund or you may keep your singlet and forfeit the $50. We are okay with either decision.
3. We will take a week off then continue to practice Folkstyle the month of March in preparation for Nationals. First practice is Monday, March 7, at 4:30. We will practice Monday, Tuesday, Thursday at 4:30 at Father Ryan for the first week and then add in another one or two practices a week up to leaving for Nationals March 31. Coach Pat Simpson will run the practices and there is no additional fee for NCW wrestlers so I encourage you to attend.
4. Nashville Catholic Elite starts with Freestyle season in April. Practice times TBA. There is an additional $150 fee for existing NCW wrestlers to join Nashville Cathoic Elite. More later.
