I apologize for the length of this message, but we have a very busy week.
1. There is no practice today, Monday November 13.
2. Tuesday we have a Quad at Freedom Middle School. 4:00 weigh-in and you have to be on weight. 6. Saturday we have a tournament, the Battle of the Brave, at Union County High School in Morganfield KY. Weigh-in is at 7:30. Morganfield is about 2:30 away so you would need to leave Nashville at 5:00am latest. For all K-8 boys who are interested in the NCW Club wrestling season. Our informational meeting and first practice will be 4:30 pm in the Father Ryan wrestling room on Sunday November 20. Club is designed for beginners and no experience is required.

Boys should wear shorts and t-shirt to practice, and details will be provided and questions answered Sunday the 20th. There are no additional costs for current Middle School wrestlers who wish to continue after the Middle School season ends.

Print and complete the form below as it will be required for participation. If you cannot make it Nov 20 you can sign up later at scheduled practices on Sundays at 4:30 pm or Wednesdays at 5:30 pm. We will not practice Wed November 23 prior to Thanksgiving. Please share this info with others who might have interest.
