We have an individual tournament this Saturday at Walton-Verona High School, 30 School Rd., Walton Kentucky. Weigh-in is at 7:30 and you must make the weight listed. As it is an Individual tournament, you are on your own getting there and rides can be worked out at practice Wednesday. We will be staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Richwood, 859-493-0900. Call and reserve your room. Wrestling are:

If you wrestled Saturday at Walton-Verona your weigh-in counts. If you did not wrestle Saturday you must weigh in Sunday at 11:00 and make the weight listed, +1.

The 50th annual FRHS Johnny Drennan Memorial Invitational is on January 5-6, 2018. 48 high school teams from across 6 states will be participating and we need your help. This is the longest running tournament in the State of Tennessee. Father Ryan provides the use of their facilities and is very good to NCW, this is our chance to give back! NCW families have been asked to provide at least (1) case of sports drinks, soft drinks and/or water for the Hospitality room. Please bring them to the Coaches office in the wrestling room at the Wednesday practice this week, or you may drop off on Friday. NCW wrestlers will also be needed to be table workers and towel tappers, please wear your NCW shirt to the tournament. Your help is much appreciated!

The Middle School team will practice with the High School Tuesday (today), Wednesday, and Thursday from 10-12. There will be no practice Wednesday night or Sunday, New Year Eve.

The Club, k-4, will not practice Wednesday night as Ryan has their basketball tournament. The Club will also not practice Sunday, New Years Eve.
