Come help us celebrate our 8th grade wrestlers and cheer on the Father Ryan wrestling team tomorrow! Wednesday, 1/25/23, Father Ryan wrestling will wrestle Wilson County High School at 7:30 PM at home. Our 8th grade wrestlers will be recognized before the start of then dual. We look forward to seeing you there.

UPCOMING TOURNAMENT SIGN-UPS
Tournament registrations are filling up faster than they have in previous years. Be on the lookout for google sign-up forms as tournament information becomes available. There are two sign-ups below. Please note the deadline to complete the google forms. The developmental tournament on 1/22/23 does not have an active registration available yet, information will be sent when it comes out.

JOHNNY DRENNAN DONATIONS NEEDED
Father Ryan wrestling will host the Johnny Drennan tournament this weekend, January 6 & 7, 2023. We are asking for all NCW wrestlers to bring a case of water and/or gatorade to practice this week to donate to the tournament.

The gear is here! It has been here, but holidays and weather had different plans for us. It will be ready to be picked up during practice Tuesday night. Remember your registration fee needs to be paid in order to receive your gear.

NCW Coaches will only be available during the Middle School session. If registering for a younger division, parents will be responsible for obtaining AAU coaching card and coaching.

GEAR UPDATE
Season gear for those registered has been ordered and is expected in 2-3 weeks. We do have some sizes in stock and if your registration fee has been paid it will be distributed at practice. Remember payments can be made via check (made out to Nashville Catholic Wrestling), cash or venmo (@NasvhilleCatholic-Wrestling).

GEAR STORE
The holidays are coming up and our gear store is a great place to get your wrestler or wrestling fans some extra gear. The store has been updated and can be found on our website or directly at https://fatherryan.itemorder.com/shop/home/ . These orders will ship directly to you when placed.

GEAR SALE
We will be selling extra gear stock from past seasons at deeply discounted prices during practice beginning today at Crumbsnatchers. Some quantities and sizes are very limited. Items will be sold on a first come first serve basis. Do not prepay on Venmo, no items will be held. Payments can be made by cash, check or venmo.

TOURNAMENTS
We are working through the AAU tournament list as to which events NCW will be attending. We will send out an update and post on the website once it is finalized. If NCW will be sending coaches and registering wrestlers we will send out a google sign up form. These will have a deadline so we can be sure to pay and register wrestlers on time. Please remember, if we do not send out a sign up form you are welcome to register directly on trackwrestling and attend any and all tournaments you would like.

NCW Middle School will be wrestling at Battle of the Brave, Union County, Kentucky . The wrestlers below will need to be at Union County High School at 8:15AM CST. Wrestlers will need to weigh in as a team. Wrestlers will need to weigh the registered weight. Wrestlers are given a two-pound allowance. No bumping.

Format for wrestling will be 16 or 32 man brackets, individual tournament with double elimination.
