WrestleMania Returns
Welcome back to the original and longest running WrestleMania in Middle Tennessee!!
Fresh off the 10th Dual State Championship Title (26th State Championship in Program History!!) the Father Ryan wrestling team in partnership with Nashville Catholic Wrestling is excited to announce the return of WrestleMania. This will be a four (4) day Monday through Thursday, introductory wrestling experience for the beginner wrestler. We will be teaching skills and emphasizing movement, body control, and fun. This program has a rich history of introducing the sport to future state champions. WrestleMania will be April 10-13, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm in the Patrick Simpson ’74 Wrestling Facility at Father Ryan High School. Grades included in WrestleMania will be Pre-K-8th. Bring shorts and T-shirts. Participants will receive a complimentary Irish Wrestling T-shirt. Championship Sweatshirts
Celebrate the legacy and order your championship sweatshirt today! The Irish won their 10th Dual State Title this season, 26th State Championship with 87 Individual State Champions in program history!!
DEADLINE to order, 3/18/23. Order and payment must be time stamped on 3/18/23 for order to be placed.
Sweatshirts are $25 each, sizes XXL and up $27. Adult sweatshirts will be charcoal grey, youth and toddler heather grey.
Pickup at Father Ryan wrestling expected on 3/29/23. An email will be sent for pickup. NO shipping.

Crumbsnatchers End of Year
Good Morning Crumbsnatcher Families,
We are coming to end of season for our Crumbsnatchers. Practice schedule for the final two weeks:
2/12 Sunday at 2:30
2/14 Tuesday at 5:30
2/19 Sunday at 4:30
2/21 Tuesday End of Year Party
Any kids wrestling in the Regional on 2/19 will be invited to the MS/HS practices the following week (2/20 & 2/22) to prepare for State if qualified. They will practice Monday (2/20) and Wednesday (2/22) from 5:30-7 pm.
Any kid not wrestling in the regionals will still get the 2/19 practice.
We will have an end of year party with pizza on 2/21 in the Trophy Room, and play games.
It’s been a great season and we have loved seeing all the new faces in the wrestling room!!

TNAAU Region 3 Championship

Deadline to submit Google Form: Saturday, 2/11/23 at 6 PM. You must submit wrestler information by the deadline to be registered by NCW.
IMPORTANT: Wrestlers can only wrestle ONE weight group and ONE age group. Whatever weight you wrestle at region is the weight you must wrestle at State if you qualify. NEW THIS YEAR, only the top 4 in ALL divisions will move on to State.
Event Schedule
Early (Optional) Weigh Ins – Onsite only, Saturday, 2/18/23 from 6-7:30 PM – Weigh in and skin check. Weigh-ins will be done in singlet with a one-pound allowance. Must show AAU card during weigh in.
Sunday, 2/19/23
First Session – Tots (2017 and after), Junior/Novice (2011-2012), Midgets (2013-2014)
Weigh Ins from 7:30-8:30 AM
Wrestle at 9 AM
Second Session – Bantams (2015-2016), Middle School/School Boy (2008-2010), Girls
Weigh Ins from 11 AM – 12 PM
Wrestle at 12:30 PM
Admission: $10 adults, $5 kids
