Practice Feb. 3 at the normal time.
NO practice Saturday, Feb. 7
AAU Regions are this weekend, Feb. 6, in Tullahoma. You do not have to wrestle in the Regions to wrestle in the State, BUT you must register and weigh in at Regions to be eligible for the State. Please inform the tournament director if you are weighing in and not wrestling. We will have coaches present at Region so let us know if you are registering. Tot through Middle School will wrestle Saturday. Weigh in is Friday night only, Feb. 5, from 6-8, at one of five locations: Tulahoma High School, Blackman Middle School, Nolensville Historic Society, Wilson Central High School, or Algood Elementary. Weight in will be in your singlet, +1 on the weight. You will need your AAU card. Fliers will be passed out Wednesday with the address and information. Registration deadline is Thursday midnight on trackwrestling.com.
State will be Feb. 27-28 at Independence High School. More info later.
Club season ends at the end of February. Middle School wrestlers and advanced Club wrestlers may continue to practice the month of March with Father Ryan in preparation for the Middle School/Freshman/Sophomore/Junior/Senior Nationals in Virginia Beach April 1-3. We will be going and 6th grade up is eligible. Even if you do not plan to go I encourage you to practice March. Practice schedule and times will be released soon.
The folkstyle season ends April 3. There will be no practice that week until NCW Elite begins April 9. April 9 and 10 we will have a freestyle camp at Ryan with Adam Koballa. Elite ends with the start of the dead period, June 26, except for those going to Fargo. A full summer schedule will be released soon.
