Any Middle School team member that wishes to compete this weekend in Chattanooga must let Coaches know at practice on Wednesday December 2. Weigh-ins for attendees will be conducted at Wednesday practice.

Also a reminder Club signups/practice (K-8) is this Sunday December 6 starting at 4:30 pm and ending at 6:00 pm. No experience necessary and registration forms can be found in the “Documents” section of the NCW webpage or the link below. Cost for Club is $150 and also includes tournament entry fees when the team attends. Any participating Middle school wrestler is encouraged to continue on with Club practices and tournaments after Middle School ends at no additional cost.
