News and Announcements

NCW Coach Brian Hock will provide an Intro to Wrestling Camp July 7-9 at Holy Rosary Academy. Times will be 9:00 – 10:30 am each day and cost is only $20.

This camp is to introduce rising 2nd – 8th graders to the sport of wrestling. This is an excellent opportunity to see the benefits of the sport and if your child will enjoy wrestling. Brian will cover the basics, so note this camp is not designed for experienced wrestlers.

No equipment is needed except a t-shirt and shorts. Wrestling shoes are not required and boys can compete in their socks. You may want to pack 1-2 drinks as boys will be working hard but there are drinking fountains as well.

Please pass this info to others who might have interest and contact Brian if you are attending at hockb@apsu.edu or cell 615-406-5572. All proceeds will be donated to Holy Rosary Academy. A release form is required to participate and link is below:
