Good Morning NCW Families,
Middle School (Grades 5-8 only) will begin practice today, September 21, 2020, at 5:00 PM – 6:15 PM.
Rules:
- Wear a mask
- Temperature will be taken
- Answer COVID questions
- No contact yet/No partners (solo drilling, conditioning, etc.)
- Parents are not allowed in the building
Please remember to bring a water bottle. There is a good possibility the coaches will go eat dinner with wrestlers. Details will be provided at practice.
Thank you to everyone who was able to make it out to the car wash on Saturday. We had a successful day. If you need to turn in your forms and donations please bring them to practice today. If you are not able to make it or a crumbsnatcher please contact us to schedule a pickup. We would like to receive all donations and forms by September 26.
