ARMY CAMP THIS WEEKEND JULY 19-21

Reminder that the Army Camp is this weekend, July 19-21. The sessions will be Friday night 4-6, Saturday 9-11, 12-1:30, and 2-3:30, and Sunday from 1-2:30. All FRHS wrestlers are expected to attend and should contact Coach Simpson if they have a problem. NCW wrestlers are encouraged to attend. There is no cost and lunch will be provided Saturday.
