There is no practice this week. Starting March 7 NCW will practice 2x week. Wednesdays will be primarily technique, Thursdays will be live. Every Wednesday at 5:30 and every Thursday at 5:30. This schedule may be increased around competitions occasionally. The competition schedule will be released shortly.
