NCW Middle School will practice from 4:15 – 5:45, and all wrestlers should bring a towel and shower at Ryan after practice. Wrestlers should also bring a fresh button down shirt and tie to wear after showers. NCW will be presented before the FR match, and NCW wrestlers are to be in the gym at 6:30 dressed. It is Senior Night for Father Ryan, who wrestles Mt. Juliet High School beginning at 7:00.

Please message Connie Wesnofske if your child will be attending the Top 100 Tournament at Wilson Central on Saturday or the Westside Catholic Invitational in Evansville, IN on Sunday BY Wednesday at noon.

If your middle school wrestler will be continuing into the club season, please fill out a form and the fee is $75. If you have a wrestler already in the club program, the max any family will pay for the club season is $325. We do not turn anyone away – if you need financial assistance, please email info@nashvillecatholicwrestling.com. You must email request for each session.

Don’t forget to show your support to the Father Ryan High School wrestlers on Wednesday at FRHS at 7:00 and on Saturday at Montgomery Bell Academy at 7:00.
